Because the bathtub faucet was being installed after imported stone surfaces had already been completed, receiving undamaged components was extremely important. Every part arrived individually wrapped with protective foam separating the finished surfaces, preventing scratches during transportation. Installation proceeded exactly as shown in the supplied drawings, and all threaded connections sealed correctly during initial pressure testing. More than a year after completion, the polished finish continues resisting daily cleaning products and hard-water spotting. Our contractor specifically commented that the packaging quality prevented delays caused by damaged replacement components.
